If you purchase products from our online store as a consumer, you may have a legal right to cancel your order under applicable consumer protection laws. During the cooling-off period, you may inspect and handle the product only to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality, as you would be permitted to do in a physical store. You may not use the product beyond what is reasonably necessary for inspection. We reserve the right to reduce any refund amount if the product's value has been diminished due to excessive handling, damage, missing parts, or signs of use beyond what is required to assess the item.

Please note that the right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products or services, including:

• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed
• Digital content that has been downloaded or accessed with your prior consent
• Perishable goods or items with a limited shelf life
• Any other products exempt from withdrawal rights under applicable law
